I'm Megan, founder of Quokka Digital
For 20 years I've led digital strategy inside B2B organisations — not as an outside consultant parachuting in, but as the person accountable for the outcome, sitting in the leadership team, reporting to the board.
That's included senior digital roles at Moody's Analytics, Bureau van Dijk, Third Bridge and Solidatus — a mix of large-scale B2B SaaS and professional/data services businesses. I've worked on both sides of the product-versus-service line, which turns out to matter: the two are run differently, sold differently, and grown differently, and most digital leaders only really understand one of them well.
I started Quokka Digital because most growing businesses hit a moment where they need that kind of senior, accountable digital leadership — but hiring a full-time executive is premature, expensive, or just the wrong first step. Quokka exists to be that leadership, on a fractional basis, for exactly as long as it's needed.
How I work
I'm not a marketing agency, and I'm not a strategy-deck consultant. I sit close to the business, get involved in the detail, and I'm judged on business outcomes — not activity.
Based in Canberra, working remotely with clients across Australia and New Zealand.
